Adults over 35 lose more teeth to gum diseases (periodontal disease) than from cavities. These diseases affect three out of four adults at some time in their life. Daily brushing and flossing can prevent cavities and periodontal disease. Bacterial plaque causes both periodontal disease and decay. Plaque is a colorless film that sticks to your teeth at the gum line. Plaque constantly forms on your teeth. By thorough daily brushing and flossing, you can remove these germs and help prevent periodontal disease. If you have any pain while brushing or have any questions about how to brush properly, please contact us.
Dental implants are designed to provide a foundation for tooth replacement that looks, feels and functions like a natural tooth. A person who has lost teeth regains the ability to eat virtually anything and can smile with confidence knowing that the teeth look natural and the facial contour will not be preserved. Implants are small titanium posts that are placed in the jawbone where teeth are missing. The socket bonds to the titanium creating a strong foundation for the artificial tooth. Additionally, dental implants can help preserve facial structure, preventing the bone deterioration that occurs when teeth are missing.

Dental anxieties and phobias present themselves in a wide variety of ways, and specific fears vary from person to person. Dental anxiety may be mild to moderate, and often takes the form of a general sense of worry and apprehension when thinking about an upcoming procedure.
We strive to provide undetectable dentistry. We replace existing crowns and fillings with restorations that look and feel like your natural teeth. When damage to a person's teeth is extreme and beyond repair, we can use porcelain or porcelain "pasted on gold" crowns to make the smile appear "as new." This technique reliably repairs the most severe dental problems. Crowns can even permanently replace missing teeth to offer a complete smile and a functional bite. We are renowned for the quality of our work and the fantastic changes we make for people using this technology.
